 Note to Adopters

 

We are very careful in the placement of our rescue animals.  We become very attached to them in our rescue efforts and with them staying in our homes.  We get them on the road to good health and sometimes spend a small fortune in vet care.  Please keep in mind that many of these wonderful beings have had rough lives and have been abandoned, neglected, starved or beaten by their previous owners through no fault of their own.  They have a lot of love to give and ask that you be patient with them as they adjust to their new surroundings.  They will repay you with unlimited love and affection.

 

All dogs are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed or neutered before placement.  Adoption fees shall not be considered purchase prices, but donations to help defray vet costs and related expenses to help us continue our rescue efforts.

 

If you are considering adopting a dog, remember it is a long term commitment and these wonderful beings are not disposable.  You will need to fill out an adoption form and a home visit may be required, depending on the dog.
