Please see below for items that can be donated to help our rescue.

 

· High quality dry dog food.

· Dog treats.

· Dog rawhides, nylabones, & rope/tug toys.

· Polyester fiberfill for making dog beds.

· Used blankets and towels.

· Paper towels, disinfectant, bleach, pet odor eliminating sprays.

 

 

                          

                    

 

 

Did You Know?

· That our expenses are 4 times greater than our intake of adoption fees.

· That the average dog costs $275 in vet bills.  This is for the vet exam, spay/neuter, vaccinating and microchipping.

· Many dogs cost more due to dental surgeries, eye surgeries, heartworm treatment, and other treatments requiring antibiotics.

· Some dogs are not adopted out due to age, illness or behavior issues, and live out their lives here.

· Because we mostly give sanctuary to seniors, we spend over $250 a month just on arthritis pain medications.

· A few dogs are on special dietary dog foods costing $50 per bag for a 40lb. bag,  and big dogs have big appetites!!
